Introductory level pilates. Pilates benefits posture, back care, muscle, tone, sports performance, relaxation and improves the efficiency of our breathing and movement. What does this mean to you? Come along and ask the questions on Friday 4th April. No experience necessary.

Physical Yoga. Saturday 17th May. Refreshments included.
This is a three hour workshop of "Physical Yoga", joint mobility, postural awareness, stretch and relaxation.
